This feature page is a stub!

We've only just started with the Wiki, and have nearly finished the installation, 3rd-party integration and troubleshooting side. As a result we haven't got round to the feature pages yet.
Ideally each feature page will have a brief synopsis of the feature, a simple How-To guide, some examples of use, a glossary or “cheat sheet” if necessary and a "Best Practices" area.

If you want to contribute to this page please feel free to do so, just delete the {{Template:Feature}} at the top of the edit page when you're done.

Remember: Our Wiki is only going to be as useful as the community that creates and shapes it, so pull up a chair. Make yourself at home.

Alerts

A ClickTale Alert is the functionality within our recording to pro-actively receive a notification that a certain process or event has occurred and immediately receive a link to those recordings.

An alert can be created using any of the filters and events in the standard recording search functionality. It can be as broad or specific as you like and can be sent in any time based period as you want to multiple e-mail address.

The E-mail you receive can tell you how many people matched the criteria you have set or only e-mail you if a specific event like a JS error, or product plan sign up occurs.
