ClickTale's integration with Convert Experiments A/B Testing Software enables e-businesses to collect accurate, visual data when conducting A/B or MVT testing with data segmentation options.
The integration allows Convert users to view recordings of tested visitors sessions as well as generate heatmaps and funnels for each of your experiments' variation.
Important: Only ClickTale accounts that have Event Tracking can use this integration
Note: You need an active Convert account to implement this integration.
How the integration works
No changes are required to the ClickTale tracking code.
Once you have ClickTale running on your pages, check the ClickTale integration option in your Convert account settings and ClickTale events will be generated automatically.
You will then be able to filter your recordings and heatmaps by the Convert events.
