About the integration
The Qualtrics-ClickTale integration allows you to watch the recordings of visitors who filled surveys or left their feedback using the Qualtrics Voice-of-customer system.

How the integration works
The integration is implemented fully on the Qualtrics side. By pulling in the ClickTale user and session parameters in the Qualtrics Site Intercept service, the Qualtrics survey will include a reference to the visitor’s recording, if available.
