Saved Searches
From ClickTale Wiki
The Saved Searches feature located under Search Recordings on the ClickTale Dashboard lets you quickly monitor any changes in visitor behavior and easily test the impact of your website improvements.
After filtering specific events and visitors’ browsing behavior, create as many saved searches of visitor playback sessions as you need to avoid building your search filters from scratch. Each saved search can be instantly modified and run whenever needed.
Track and view specific videos of visitors who complete or drop out of any pre-defined or post-defined business process, scenario or funnel.
In order to save a search, go to Search Recordings on your ClickTale Account Dashboard.
- 1. First create a search you would like to save. Choose from over 24 search filters to specify which visitors and events you would like to track.
2. After your search is loaded, click on Save Search. Name your saved search.
3. Run or Edit this search as needed to monitor your visitors without starting to build your search filters from scratch.
