About the Integration
The integration allows you to optimize your surveys so that you maximize their completion rates. It is very quick and easy to add the ClickTale tracking code to your surveys. Just create a new ClickTale Project and insert the top and bottom tracking code via SurveyGizmo's easy-to-use interface.
How to insert the ClickTale tracking code on your survey
1. Create a new ClickTale Project
2. Log in to your SurveyGizmo account, go into your survey and click on the "Survey Settings" button.
3. Click on the 'Enable ClickTale Interaction Analytics'.
4. Copy and paste the 'Top Embed Code' and 'Bottom Embed Code' from your ClickTale account.
5. Click "Save Settings" at the bottom of the screen. From hereon, ClickTale will start recording user sessions on this survey and you will be able to run Form Analytics and other reports on this page.
